Oriental cutted salad with pork tenderloin

Heat the peanut oil in a frying pan and fry the pork tenderloin in brown for about 12 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the string beans into 1 cm sloping pieces. Cook in 2 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold running water.

Mix the string beans with the spicy radish mix in a large bowl.

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the sesame seeds.

Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil and lime juice and scoop with the roasted sesame seeds through the vegetables.

Chop the wasabi balls coarsely. Cut the pork tenderloin into slices, lay the meat on the salad and sprinkle with the wasabi.
