Mild thai pork curry


A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pandan rice (pack 400 g), oil, pork strips (natural (360 g)), onion (chopped), boemboe red curry (100 g), coconut milk (200 ml) and broccoli.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok. Fry the pork strips while transferring brown. Add the onion and cook for 1 min. Stir in the Bumbu spice and the coconut milk and bring to the boil.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into florets. Peel the stem and cut into slices. This is also very tasty. Cook the slices of stalk together with the florets in little water with salt in 5 minutes until al dente.
  4. Divide the rice and the pork curry over 4 plates and serve with the broccoli. Tasty with crackers.
