Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Boil the potatoes in water with salt to taste, with the lid on the pan 10 min.

Now divide the kale over the potatoes and cook everything in 10 minutes until done.

Chop the onion and cut the pepper into pieces. In the meantime, heat the margarine in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.

Press the garlic above it. Add the pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Heat the sausage according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the milk. Pour the potatoes and kale and mix them together. Add the warm milk.

Serve the stew with the paprika mixture and the sausage.
