Ribbon pasta with leek and old cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: tagliatelle (green and white, (ribbon paste, bag a 500 g)), leeks, garlic, old cheese, olive oil and fresh basil (15 g).

Cook tagliatelle according to instructions.

Clean the leek and cut into thin rings.

Slice garlic and cut into slices.

Cut cheese into small pieces.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and fry garlic.

Add leek and gently bake for 10 minutes.

Cut the basil and add half to leek.
-
Season with salt and pepper.
-
Drain Tagliatelle and mix with leek, cheese and the rest of oil.

Sprinkle with leftover basil..
