Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, halve the cauliflower florets. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain and let drain well.

Remove the skin from the sausage and cut into slices. Heat a skillet without oil or butter and fry the chorizo and onion for 5 minutes.

Scoop the cauliflower through and remove the pan from the heat.

Meanwhile, halve the tomatoes and finely chop the parsley.

Drain the pasta and collect 50 ml of cooking liquid. Mix the cooking liquid with the cream cheese, parsley, tomatoes, chorizo and cauliflower through the pasta.
