Directions

  1. Cook the rice. In the meantime, heat 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add the minced meat, the ginger, soy sauce and chili sauce and fry the chopped flour and golden brown. Roast the sesame seeds in a dry, hot frying pan and keep separate.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and allow the spinach to shrink. Spoon some rice in the middle of 4 bowls.
  4. Then place the spinach, carrot, radishes and the minced meat next to each other. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry 4 fried eggs.
  5. Place the eggs on the rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with extra chili sauce.
