Mexican wraps with grilled chicken and avocado


Delicious Mexican: carrot tortillas filled with grilled chicken, black beans, avocado, iceberg lettuce and lime yoghurt.

Directions

  1. Mix the oil with the Mexican mix and brush the chicken fillets with it. Sprinkle with salt and salt.
  2. Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the chicken in 8 min. Golden brown and done. Turn halfway.
  3. Meanwhile cut the avocados in half. Remove the kernel, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and cut into slices.
  4. Drain the corn and beans in a colander and rinse under cold running water.
  5. Clean the lime, grate the green skin and squeeze the fruit.
  6. Mix the yogurt with the lime zest and 1 tbsp lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cut the chicken fillet into slants of 1 cm. Divide part of the lettuce, avocado, corn, beans, chicken strips and lime yogurt over the carrot tortillas and roll up.
  8. Halve the wraps and serve. Serve the rest of the vegetables, chicken and lime yoghurt separately.
