Minced burgers with Dutch vegetable list
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, minced beef, spice mix, egg (beaten), vegetable mix (400 g), white rice (bag a 1 kg), olive oil and leeks (in thick slanted rings).

Mix the mince with the spice mix and the egg and form 12 flat burgers. Put them in the fridge for 10 minutes. Cut large cauliflower and broccoli florets out of the mix in half. Boil the rice and vegetable mix together until the time indicated for the rice.

Fry in a frying pan or stir-frying minced burgers in the oil on both sides for 5 minutes, or until tender. Take them out of the pan and keep them warm under aluminum foil. Spoon the leek in the pan and stir-fry 3 minutes. Drain the rice with vegetables, spoon it in the frying pan or stir fry stir fry for another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the minced burgers.
