Pasta with haricots verts, zucchini, shrimps, pesto and pine nuts.

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. In the meantime, remove the stalk of the haricots verts, halve them and cook for the last 4 min. With the pasta.
  3. Drain, but collect 50 ml of the cooking liquid. Then drain well. Meanwhile cut the zucchini into half slices.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the zucchini and shrimp for 8 minutes on medium heat. Season with pepper and salt.
  5. Put in the pasta, the cooking liquid and the pesto and turn off the heat. Garnish with the pine nuts and serve immediately.
