Fried veal oysters with Mediterranean tomato sauce
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tomatoes, black olives without seeds, garlic, anchovy fillets, thyme, parsley, veal oysters (approx. 120 g), pepper, olive oil and salt.

Stir in tomatoes, soak for a few seconds in boiling water, rinse under cold water, skinn, halve, remove seeds and cut flesh into cubes.

Cut olives into rings.

Garlic peel and chop.

Cut anchovy fillets very finely.

Sprinkle leaves of twigs of thyme.

Chop minced parsley.

Sift veal veal with pepper.

Heat oil in frying pan and fry veal sauces for 4 to 8 minutes depending on the desired doneness, halfway through turning.

Place meat from pan on plate and sprinkle with salt.

Keep warm under aluminum foil.

In baking fat garlic, olives, anchovies and thyme, bake for about 1 minute.

Mix in tomato cubes and parsley and gently fry sauce for about 1 minute.

Prepare olive tomato sauce over veal oysters.

Serve with baked potatoes and mixed salad..
