Spicy beef strips with fried rice
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, white rice (bag 1 kg), beef strips natural (350 g), oil, sambal (sauce original (bottle 100 ml)), garlic (chopped), onions (in half rings), pointed cabbage (finely chopped) and curry powder.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the packaging, pour and collect the cooking liquid. Spoon the beef strips with 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp. Sambal sauce and the garlic.

Heat the rest of the oil in a stirring stir fry the onions and cabbage for 5 min. Add the curry powder and the rest of the sambal sauce and stir-fry 1 min. Add the rice and stir-fry 4 min. Meanwhile, heat a frying pan without oil or butter and stir-fry the marinated beef strips on high heat 4 min. Pour 150 ml of cooking liquid from the rice and bring to the boil.

Spoon the fried rice on 4 plates. Serve with the spicy beef strips and gravy.
