Directions

  1. Cut the steak into narrow strips of approx. 4 cm long. Sprinkle with pepper and cornstarch or flour. Stir in the soy sauce, sherry and sesame oil or stir-fry oil and pour in the meat.
  2. Boil the beans for 4 minutes in water with salt, drain and rinse cold water.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the oyster mushrooms, spring / bunch onions (keep some leaves behind for garnish) and garlic cloves for 1 minute.
  4. Add green beans and ginger chunks and fry for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and heat for a while. Remove everything from the pan and keep it warm.
  6. Dry the pan and heat 1 tbsp. oil. Stir fry the steak strips 1-1.5 minute. Spoon the mushroom mixture. Add pepper and salt to taste.
  7. Serve the dish sprinkled with onion leaves with pandan rice or basmati rice.
