Put the couscous together with the paprika powder and curry powder in a large bowl. Pour in so much boiling water that the couscous is just underneath.

Leave for 10 minutes and then stir with a fork. Meanwhile, let the pickles drain and cut into thin slices. Cut the peppers into cubes.

Chop the onion. Mix the pickle with the paprika, onion and tuna with dressing by the couscous.

Clean the lemon. Grate the yellow skin above the couscous and squeeze out the fruit.

Season the couscous with the lemon juice, pepper and salt.
