Foeyonghai with mihoen
A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, (sunflower) oil, Chinese vegetable mix (400 g), noodles (500 g), Foo Yong Hai mix and eggs (M).

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in woks and stir-fry vegetables for about 3 minutes.

Mihoen fry for about 3 minutes until vegetables are al dente.

Dip in omelette mix and eggs with 75 ml of cold water and mix with vegetables.

Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and add egg mixture.

Cook the omelette in a brown frying pan on one side in about 4 minutes.

Turn to golden brown on approx.

Meanwhile, bring 250 ml of water to the boil and stir in a bowl of water with a bag of sauce mix into a sauce.

Cut omelette into points, divide into four plates and pour sauce over it..
