Fried gnocchi with tomato sauce and turkey

Cut the winter carrot into slices of 1 cm and into cubes of 1 x 1 cm (brunoise). Cut the celery into ½ cm of bows and finely chop the garlic.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the carrots, celery and garlic for 4 min. On medium heat.

Add the tin tomatoes and the balsamic icing. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes.

Season the sauce with pepper and salt.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating. Add the gnocchi and cook until golden on a medium heat until golden brown and crispy.

Meanwhile cut the turkey into small pieces. Add the meat to the tomato sauce and warm for 3 minutes.

Add the gnocchi to the tomato sauce and scoop. Tear the basil leaves into pieces and sprinkle over the gnocchi. Yummy! .
