                            Spinach stew with spicy bacon patties
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbly potatoes, butter, onion (coarsely chopped), apple (diced), curry powder, leaf spinach cubes (frozen 450 g), marinated bacon patties à la minute and crème fraîche.

                                Peel potatoes, cut into pieces, wash and cook in 20 min.
 - 
                                Heat butter in frying pan and fry onion, apple and curry powder for 5 min.
 - 
                                Add spinach and heat for 5 minutes on medium heat.
 - 
                                Grill pan or frying pan with non-stick coating and bake strips for 2 min.
 - 
                                Per side until crispy and cooked.
 - 
                                Drain potatoes, finely crush and stir in crème fraîche.
 - 
                                Warm spinach by puree and season with salt and pepper.
 - 
                                Spread the spinach stew over four plates and place two bacon steaks on each plate..
