Casserole with vegagehakt
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: meat substitute, (olive) oil, Euroma Dutch herbs for vegetables (jar 62 g) and chilled fresh green beans.

Preheat the oven to 180 ˚C.

Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces of 2 cm. Cook in 15 minutes until done. Drain and collect a cup of cooking liquid.

Meanwhile, cut the onions into half rings. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 5 minutes on low heat.

Add the minced meat and herbs and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

In the meantime, cook the green beans for 6 minutes in water with salt. Drain and drain. Mix the green beans through the minced meat. Remove the pan from the heat.

Mash the potatoes with some cooking water and puree the butter with the puree mash. If necessary, season with salt.

Put the minced meat mixture in the baking dish and spread the puree over it.

Make a diamond pattern with the teeth of a fork. Bake for about 20 minutes in the middle of oven.
