Meatloaf, oven fries and salad
Oven fries with salad and meatloaf.

Ingredients
- 4 slice casino bread
- 100 g smoked bacon
- 400 g fresh Italian stir fry vegetables
- 70 g Parmigiano Reggiano broken
- 600 g minced beef
- 2 medium sized egg
- 5 el American smokey barbecue sauce
- 295 g grilled red peppers in a pot
- 750 g frozen oven fries
- 150 g mixed salad
- 2 el olive oil fresh lemon

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Cut the crusts off the bread and toast the slices for about 12 minutes in the oven during preheating.

Meanwhile cut the bacon into strips. Heat a large skillet without oil or butter and fry the bacon strips for 2 min. On medium heat.

Add the stir-fry mix and bake for another 8 minutes. Season regularly and season with salt and pepper. Allow to cool for 5 minutes on a plate.

Meanwhile, grate the Parmesan cheese. Crumble the toasted bread.

Mix the breadcrumbs, stir-fry mixture, cheese, minced meat, eggs and barbecue sauce in a bowl. Season with pepper and salt.

Scoop the mixture into the spring form and press. Let the peppers drain, halve and pat dry with kitchen paper. Distribute over the minced meat mixture.

Place the bacon crosswise on the minced meat mixture and brush with the rest of the barbecue sauce.

Fry the meatloaf in the oven in about 50 minutes until golden brown and done.

If necessary, cover with baking foil halfway through the baking time if the meatloaf and bacon are in danger of becoming too brown.

Spread the oven chips over a griddle covered with parchment paper and if necessary season with salt.

Put the French fries in the oven for the last 25 minutes of the baking time of the meatloaf. Change regularly.

Remove the meatloaf from the oven, leave to cool for 5 minutes and pour out any fat from the mold.

Meanwhile, mix the salad with the oil. Season with pepper and salt.

Cut half of the meatloaf into 8 portions and serve with the salad and oven chips.
