Fish burger with cucumber-yoghurt sauce
Fishburger of cod with cucumber-yoghurt sauce and soft brown balls.

Cut half the cucumber lengthwise in ribbons. Cut the other half into small cubes. Slice the chives.

Mix the mayonnaise, cubes of cucumber and chives in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cod burgers in 6-8 min. Until golden brown and done.

Cut the bread and roll the bottom halves with the cucumber strips.

Place the fish burgers on top and spread the sauce over it. Yummy! .
