Beat the egg and mix it with ground beef and breadcrumbs. Knead everything well and season with salt and pepper.

With flat hands, mold flat citizens from it.

Heat a grill pan and grill the burgers in 5 minutes. Turn halfway.

Roast the shawarma rolls in the toaster and cut open.

Meanwhile cut the bell pepper into thin rings.

Cover each bun with a hamburger. Put 1 tzatziki on each roll and divide the peppers and half of the rocket.

Serve the rest of the arugula with the tzatziki separately.
