Falafelbowl with spicy couscous


Come with couscous, winter carrot, lime and hummus with corn, mint, red cabbage and falafel.

Directions

  1. Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile, peel the winterpenes with the peeler. Cut them into long ribbons lengthwise with the peeler.
  3. Clean the lime, grate the green skin and squeeze the fruit.
  4. Beat the hummus with 1 tbsp lime juice (for 4 people), water and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Rinse the corn in a colander and let it drain.
  6. Stir the couscous with a fork. Carefully handle the mint, corn, red cabbage, the lime zest and 1 tbsp lime juice (for 4 people). Season with pepper and salt.
  7. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the falafel in 5 min. Around golden brown.
  8. Divide the couscous with the carrot ribbons, falafel and hummus dressing into components over the plates.
