Fish stroganoff
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice (bag 1 kg), olive oil, onion (finely chopped), paprika mix ((3 pieces, green and red and yellow), in strips), tomato puree (70 g), mild paprika, cream (250 ml), cod fillet (bag 750 g and freezer).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Add the tomato puree and the paprika powder and fry for 1 more minute.

Pour the cooking cream into the pan and bring to the boil. Turn the heat down. Put the cod fillet between the peppers and stew the fish with the lid on the pan for 15 min. Remove the lid from the pan and let the fish stroganoff reduce to the desired thickness in 5 min.

Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the rice.
