Meal soup with vegetables and grilled tofu


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: vegetable stock (from tablet), pandan rice, leek ((about 100 g), in narrow rings), lime zest, red pepper (in strips), celery (finely chopped), tofu naturel ((375 g) ), drained and stuck), oil, bean sprouts, spring onions (in rings) and (Japanese) soy sauce.

Directions

  1. Bring the broth to the boil with the rice, leeks and lime zest and let the whole cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
  2. Then add the pepper strips and celery and let the soup boil for another 3 minutes.
  3. Dab the tofu dry and thinly coat with oil.
  4. Heat the grill pan and grill the tofu on each side for 3 minutes, gently shaking it.
  5. Allow the tofu to cool slightly and then cut into thin strips.
  6. Turn off the heat and scoop the tofu, the bean sprouts and the spring onions.
  7. Season with (Japanese) soy sauce, pepper and salt..
