Roasted catfish with chili oil and lemon
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, parsley, lemons, catfish fillets (about 225 g), chili oil (bottle of 80 ml), coarsely ground sea salt and freshly ground four-color pepper.

Turn the grill pan over and over.

Parsley finely chop.

Brush the lemons clean and cut 1 1/2 lemon into 6 thick slices.

Squeeze out another half of the lemon.

Smear the catfish fillet with kitchen paper, cut into 2 equal pieces and rub in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 1/2 tablespoon chili oil.

Spread lemon slices with chili oil.

Preheat two plates.

In grilling pan, roast catfish fillets in until 5-7 minutes until golden brown and roasted, halfway through turning.

Place catfish filets on hot plates.

Slices of lemon in grill pan to brown for about 1 minute.

Drizzle some chili oil over fish.

Season the salt and pepper above and sprinkle with parsley.

Place lemon slices on it.

Serve with baked potatoes in the peel and grilled tomatoes..
