Quick one-pancake pasta with penne, vegetables, peeled tomatoes, spinach and tuna.

Directions

  1. Slice the garlic.
  2. Put the pasta, vegetables, peeled tomatoes and garlic in a soup pan.
  3. Pour in the boiling water, bring to the boil again and cook for 10 minutes without cooking the lid on the pan.
  4. Stir frequently so that the paste does not stick.

  6. Drain the tuna.
