Mushroom ragout with schnitzel strips
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, multigrain rice, veal schnitzel (about 100 g), mushroom melange (200 g, AH), butter or margarine and stroganoff sauce (280 ml).

Boil rice with salt according to the instructions on the packaging.

Cut schnitzel into thin strips.

Clean mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut them.

Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Heat butter in a frying pan.

Bake strips of meat in about 2 minutes.

Add mushrooms and fry approx.

3 minutes.

Stir in the stroganoff sauce and heat thoroughly.
