Mix the strips of meat with the soy sauce, garlic and spices and leave to marinate for half an hour.

Cook the noodles 2 minutes shorter than the instructions, rinse under cold water and then drain well in a colander.

Fry the strips of meat in a wok over medium heat in two or three portions brown. If necessary, season with salt.

Add the leek and fry for another 2 minutes.

Finally, pour the noodles through and let it warm for a few more minutes.
