Nasi of wholemeal rice with ginger, sambal, onion vegetables, egg and peanuts.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Allow to cool slightly.
  2. Meanwhile, peel the ginger and cut finely.
  3. Slice the garlic.
  4. Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the ginger, garlic and sambal 2 min. On low heat.
  5. Turn the heat high and add the nasi / bami vegetables, with the exception of the red pepper.
  6. Stir fry 5 minutes on high heat. Add the rice and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  7. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and break the eggs above it. Fry the fried eggs in 3 min.
  8. Spoon the nasi herbs into a bowl and sprinkle the peanuts over it. Serve the eggs.
