Favorite salad recipe from blogger Billie Rose with lettuce, grilled vegetables, grilled chicken, avocado, feta, olives, walnut oil, pine kernel mix and coriander.

Mix the young lettuce salad with the lamb's lettuce in a bowl.

Cut the chicken into pieces. Heat the grilled vegetable mix and chicken in a pan over low heat.

In the meantime cut the avocados in half, remove the kernel and cut the halves into slices.

Let the cubes of white cheese and black olives drain and add them to the salad.

Then cut the heated vegetable mix into pieces and add them to the salad together with the pieces of grilled chicken and avocado.

Mix the salad with the walnut oil and Mediterranean pine kernel mix.

Finish with finely chopped coriander and season the salad with salt and pepper.
