Directions

  1. Chop the onion. Clean the zucchini and cut into cubes. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the zucchini and quorn and cook gently for 5 minutes. Stir in pesto by mixture.
  3. Heat wrap according to directions on the package. Fill wrap with pesto mixture and lettuce.
