Leeks with chive cream and beef finches
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (solid), leeks, butter (or margarine), beef finches and dairy spreading chives (150 g).

Peel potatoes, wash, halve and boil for about 20 minutes.

Clean the leek and cut into rings of approx.

1 cm.

Heat butter in frying pan.

Beef finches in about 15 minutes, regularly turn.

Cook the leek in little water in about 5 minutes.

Drain leeks and create dairy spread through leek.

Dairy spread slowly melt.

Season the leek with salt and pepper.
-
Remove finches from the pan.
-
In the case of shortening grease pour 150 ml of water and stir up loaves.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Feed fillets with gravy, potatoes and leeks..
