Penne rigate with ham and asparagus
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, penne rigate (pasta), green asparagus (a 500 g), fresh chives (25 g), ham (artisanal, deli-department), butter, cooking cream (light (250 ml)) and grated spicy cheese.

Cook pasta according to instructions.

Wash asparagus, chop woody ends and cook asparagus in 8 min.

Grind chives.

Cut the ham into strips.

Melt in large pan of butter.

Ham for 1 min.

Stir in the cream and chives and gently heat.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Spread pasta with ham sauce over four warm plates and sprinkle with cheese.
