A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, penne rigate (pasta), green asparagus (a 500 g), fresh chives (25 g), ham (artisanal, deli-department), butter, cooking cream (light (250 ml)) and grated spicy cheese.

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to instructions.
  2. Wash asparagus, chop woody ends and cook asparagus in 8 min.
  3. Grind chives.
  4. Cut the ham into strips.
  5. Melt in large pan of butter.
  6. Ham for 1 min.
  7. Stir in the cream and chives and gently heat.
  8. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  9. Spread pasta with ham sauce over four warm plates and sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Place asparagus next to it..
