A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: lentils (a 400 g), vine tomatoes, sunflower oil, stir-fry mix (a 250 g), Indian curry paste Tandoori, santen (30 g) and naan bread natural (a 280 g).

Directions

  1. Lentils drain in sieve.
  2. Wash tomatoes and cut into wedges.
  3. Heat frying oil in stir-frying pan or stir fry mix for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add tandoori paste and fry approx.
  5. 1 minute.
  6. Add the lentils and tomatoes and simmer for approx.
  7. 5 minutes.
  8. and add 1/2 dl of water and co-heat for approx.
  9. 1 minute.
  10. Meanwhile, heat flat bread according to instructions.
  11. Serving curry with flat bread..
