Baking smurfs mushroom bunch
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: farfalle (pasta), cabbage lettuce, mushroom melange (a 200 g), fresh chives (25 g), nut melange (salted (150 g)), olive oil and cooking cream (light (a 250 ml)).

Prepare pasta according to directions on packaging. Remove and wash salad leaves. Clean mushrooms. Grind chives. Chop the nuts roughly.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in woks and fry mushrooms in approx. 5 minutes until light browned and done. Add cream and let it boil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Create nuts through it.

Spread leaves over 4 flat plates, sprinkle with residual oil and add salt and pepper to taste.

Create pasta. Mushroom mixture spread over it and sprinkle with chives.
