Pak choi with spicy-sweet tofu
Grilled tofu and bok choy with a mango-pineapple chilli sauce, soy sauce and red pepper

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into small pieces.

Mix the pepper with the oil and the chili sauce.

Cut the drained tofu into slices of ½ inch thick and brush with the oil. Heat the grill pan and grill the tofu for 2 minutes per side.

Place the tofu on a dish and spread the soy sauce and half of the chili mixture over it.

Cut the pak choi in quarters lengthwise. Brush the cutting edges with the oil and grill the pak choi in 2 parts 4 min. Regularly.

Sprinkle the bok choy with the rest of the sauce and serve with the tofu.
