A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, brown bread, lean minced beef (about 450 g), eggs, mayonnaise, vinegar, iceberg lettuce (in strips), tomatoes (in slices) and tomato ketchup (bottle of 500 ml).

Directions

  1. Cut the crusts from the bread.
  2. Cut 12 rounds of bread into circles of approx.
  3. 10 cm (eg with an empty food tin).
  4. Crumble the rest of the bread in a food processor.
  5. Mix the mince with 1 egg, the bread crumbs and salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Shape of the minced meat 8 flat slices of approx.
  7. 10 cm diameter.
  8. Cook the other 2 eggs hard in 7 minutes.
  9. Roast the burgers in approx.
  10. 6 - 8 minutes until done.
  11. Meanwhile, toast the bread rolls in a toaster.
  12. Stir in a dressing of the mayonnaise and the vinegar.
  13. Peel the eggs and cut into slices.
  14. Mix most of the lettuce with the slices of egg, half of the tomatoes and the dressing.
  15. Take 4 plates and place 1 bread roll on each plate.
  16. Put a portion of the lettuce on it, then 1 chopped disk, 1 slice of tomato and tomato ketchup.
  17. Cover this with a loaf of bread and repeat.
  18. Serve the burgers with the salad..
