Directions

  1. Cook Tagliatelle according to instructions.
  2. Peel and chop onions.
  3. Heat oil in pan.
  4. Sprout onions for about 3 minutes.
  5. Add spinach and heat with occasional stirring.
  6. Cut the ham into strips.
  7. Crush cream cheese through spinach.
  8. Serving tagliatelle with spinach sauce.
  9. Garnish with ham strips..
