Shrimp with boemboebali and coconut milk
A delicious indonesian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, snow peas, tomatoes, sereh, Balinese herb paste (see tip), oil, coconut milk, jumbo shrimp and sambal oelek.

Cleaning peels and halve. Boil peas in approx. 3 minutes in pan with plenty of boiling water. Rinse in the sieve with cold water and let it drain. Grate tomatoes, remove seeds and cut flesh into strips. chop lemongrass and mix with herb paste. Heat up wok oil and season the herb paste gently for about 3 minutes until it is nice to smell. Stir in coconut milk and simmer for approx. 3 minutes until thick sauce is formed. Introduce pea pods, tomatoes, shrimps and sambal and heat them gently for approx. 2 minutes. Serve with rice and cucumber.
