Tagliatelle with mushrooms and spinach
Pasta with dried tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, garlic, fresh spinach and Parmesan cheese.

Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packaging. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Chop the onion. Slice the garlic. Cut the dried tomatoes into strips.

Heat the oil in the wok. Fry the onion and garlic 1 min. Add the mushrooms and fry while stirring for 4 minutes. Add the tomato and the spinach and let it shrink in 2 minutes.

Season with pepper and salt. Spoon the rest of the oil through the poured tagliatelle. Divide the tagliatelle over the plates. Spoon the mushroom mixture on it.

Sprinkle the cheese over the tagliatelle. Tasty with a tomato salad with balsamic dressing.
