Preheat the grill to the highest setting. Bake the potatoes in a pan with water for about 5 minutes.

Wash tomatoes and cross them, sprinkle with salt and pepper, sprinkle with half of the oil and place in baking dish. Grind tomatoes for about 10 minutes, turn half way and sprinkle again with the rest of the oil.

Heat residual oil in frying pan and cook spinach molds on medium heat until done in about 5 minutes. Create herbs through newborns. Serve schnitzels with baby potatoes and grilled tomatoes.
