Avocado salad with fried tacos

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Chop 1 onion very finely, cut the other into thin half rings. Mix the mince with the chopped onion and herb mix and spread the mince over the taco shells.

Put them upright against each other in the oven dish. Divide the cheese over the minced meat. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven until the minced meat is cooked.

Remove 4 iceberg lettuce leaves. Cut the rest into narrow strips. Dilute the mayonnaise with the water and season with the rest of the herb mix.

Cut the avocado into cubes. Mix the chopped lettuce with the onion rings, avocado and dressing and spread the salad over the salad leaves.
