Oven risotto
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, onion (chopped), schwarzwalder schinken ((meats), in strips), risotto rice (bag 500 g), chicken broth (from 1 tablet), garden peas (extra fine) (450 g, freezer )), Grana Padano ((cheese) and grated).

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the ham and cook for 1 min. Add the rice and cook for another 3 minutes. Season with pepper.

Spoon the risotto in the baking dish and pour in the hot stock, stir. Bake in the oven in approx. 35 min. Until done.

Cook the garden peas in 3 minutes until al dente. Scoop together with the cheese through the risotto. Season with salt and pepper. Delicious with Catalan sausages.
