Chinese stir fry with free-range chicken and noodles
Noodles with chicken, crispy broccoli, cabbage, bean sprouts and Asian seasonings.

Bring a generous pot of water to the boil. Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets, peel the stalk and cut into small pieces.

When the water boils, add the noodles and boil for 5 minutes until al dente. Add the broccoli after 2 minutes. Drain.

Peel the ginger and cut finely. Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan the chicken, the 5-herb powder and ginger for 3 minutes on a high heat.

Add the cabbage and soy sauce and fry for 1 min.

Mix the noodles, broccoli and bean sprouts with the chicken and distribute them over bowls.
