Ingredients
- 400 gram white bread mix
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 500 gram Red onion in rings
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme minced meat
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 200 milliliters creme fraiche
- 500 gram seafood cocktail thawed
- 2 tablespoon capers
- 2 spring / forest onion in thin rings

Prepare the white bread dough with the olive oil according to the instructions on the packaging.

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Roll out the dough into a thin piece and coat the baking tray with it or press the dough out onto the baking tray.
