Gnocchi with crayfish
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, broccoli, gnocchi di patate (500 g), coconut cream (200 ml), fish stock tablet, lemon and crayfish (a 100 g).

Bring water to a boil in the pan.

Meanwhile, clean broccoli and cut it into small florets.

Add gnocchi to boiling water and boil in approx.

5 minutes, they are cooked when they come to the surface.

Boil broccoli in approx.

3 minutes in another pan with little water.

Heat pan with bouillon on a thick bottom.

Clean the lemon well and peel it off thinly.

Add lemon zest and crayfish to cream and heat well.

Drain gnocchi and broccoli.

Crust sauce with crayfish by gnocchi.

Gnocchi on four plates and distribute broccoli over it..
