Vegetable dish with sausages


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onions, olive oil, A-parts (in skin (425 g)), zucchini, aubergines, yellow pepper, garlic, Italian (herbs (bag of 20 g)) and chipolata sausages (300 g) .

Directions

  1. Peel and chop onions.
  2. Fry 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet and fry in it.
  3. Add potato wedges and bake almost 8 minutes.
  4. Clean zucchini, eggplant and paprika and cut into pieces.
  5. Garlic peel and finely chop.
  6. Cut Italian herbs, remove hard stems.
  7. Add vegetables and herbs to pan and stir-fry approx.
  8. 10 minutes.
  9. Add some water, if necessary.
  10. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in frying pan and brown them in sausages.
  11. Remove from pan, cut into pieces and cut through vegetables.
  12. Serve immediately..
