Vegetable dish with sausages
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onions, olive oil, A-parts (in skin (425 g)), zucchini, aubergines, yellow pepper, garlic, Italian (herbs (bag of 20 g)) and chipolata sausages (300 g) .

Peel and chop onions.

Fry 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet and fry in it.

Add potato wedges and bake almost 8 minutes.

Clean zucchini, eggplant and paprika and cut into pieces.

Garlic peel and finely chop.

Cut Italian herbs, remove hard stems.

Add vegetables and herbs to pan and stir-fry approx.
-
10 minutes.
-
Add some water, if necessary.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in frying pan and brown them in sausages.

Remove from pan, cut into pieces and cut through vegetables.

Serve immediately..
