Beeffinch with sweet apple gravy
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, celeriac (800 g), crumbly potatoes, olive oil, beef finches, onion (coarsely chopped), apple juice, gravy naturel (29 g) and dairy spread (ight chives (a 200 g)).

Cut the celeriac into slices, peel the slices and cut into pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut into 4 pieces. Boil the celeriac and potatoes in a pan of water with salt in 20 minutes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the beef finches over medium heat in 18 min. Brown and done. Times regularly. Remove the beef finches from the pan and keep warm under aluminum foil. Fry the onion in the remaining shortening. Add the apple juice and whisk in the gravy powder with a whisk. Bring to the boil while stirring and cook and bind for 1 min.

Put the beef finches back in the pan. Drain the celeriac and potato and crush with the puree rammer. Stir in the dairy spread and season with salt and pepper. Divide the beef finches, gravy and mash over 4 plates. Delicious with apple compote.
