Thai satay with peanut sauce
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, entrecote à la minute (6 slices Greenfields), red curry paste (pot à 200 ml Thai Kitchen), lime, fish sauce (pot à 200 ml Thai Kitchen), brown caster sugar, coriander (15 g) and peanut sauce (or 1/2 bottle of Thai Satay (à 0 25 l)).

Satay sticks soak in water. Cut slices of meat in half. Lime out lime greens and green skin. Lime squeezing. Mix curry paste in a bowl with lime juice, grater, fish sauce and caster sugar. Place meat in it. Grind coriander and sprinkle over it. Approx. 1 hour covered in refrigerator, halfway turning.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting. Put the meat on satésticks. Roast meat in 2 to 3 minutes, half-turn. Tasty with satay sauce (or see tip).
