Grilled steak with lukewarm green beans salad and oven fries

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Brush the steaks around with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Divide the fries over the baking sheet and bake until golden brown, according to the instructions on the packaging in the oven.

In the meantime, cook the green beans in approximately 5 minutes. Mix the anchovies with the rest of the olive oil and the lemon juice. Put in the arugula, green beans and capers and season with pepper.

Heat a grill pan on medium height and grill the steaks on both sides for 2 minutes. Remove the steaks from the pan and keep warm under a piece of aluminum foil.

Take the fries out of the oven and serve with the steak and salad. Delicious with aioli or garlic sauce.
