Peel the winter carrot and cut into cubes of ½ cm. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.

Heat the oil in a soup pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and fruit for another 1 min.

Add the carrot and Italian herbs and cook for 3 minutes.

Pour in the water and add the bouillon tablets and tomato cubes. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Add the white beans in tomato sauce and break the spaghetti into pieces above the soup. Let it simmer for another 8 minutes.

Add the spinach in the last 2 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.
